'Around the Corner' With John McGivern Episode to Be Screened in Stoughton Opera House January 31

January 25, 2017

The public is invited to a special Preview Party to watch the premiere of a recently recorded episode of the PBS series "Around the Corner" with John McGivern on Tuesday, January 31, at the Stoughton Opera House, 381 E. Main St., Stoughton, Wis.

The episode focuses on all things Stoughton, from the city's annual Syttende Mai festival in May to its annual Coffee Break in late August to companies that call Stoughton home — including none other than Stoughton Trailers! McGivern and his crew visited Stoughton Trailers' facilities in late June to get footage of the company operations and to talk with Stoughton Trailers President & CEO Bob Wahlin about being the largest business in the city. Watch a promotional video for the show below.

Doors open at 6 p.m., with the screening at 7 p.m. This event is free to attend. Guests who agree to appear on camera will take home a free DVD copy of the episode.

Can't make it to the Opera House? You can watch the episode when it first appears on Wisconsin Public Television or your local PBS station at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 2.
