Stoughton Trailers unveiled its new 53-ft. Domestic Refrigerated Container at the Intermodal Expo in Long Beach, California, expanding its intermodal equipment portfolio with a purpose-built solution for temperature-controlled domestic freight. The new container combines the thermal performance of the company's PureBlue® refrigerated trailer with the durability and functionality required for intermodal operations.

Featuring a 102-inch interior height and three-high stacking capability, the refrigerated container is engineered to help fleets maintain product integrity while maximizing efficiency across rail and highway transportation networks. Built with insulated flat-panel sidewalls, galvanized structural components and Stoughton's exclusive triple-wiper door seal, the design is focused on thermal integrity, durability and long-term performance.
