Stoughton Trailers' Improved Benefits Program Featured in In Business, Janesville Gazette

July 18, 2016

At Stoughton Trailers, we've made recent efforts to drastically overhaul our benefits program in order to attract and retain excellent employees. This move has paid off in more ways than one, as these changes have been noticed not only by our staff but also local media.

A Janesville Gazette story by business reporter Neil Johnson outlined the company's new benefits programs, from better health care coverage and expansion of its in-house medical clinics to bonuses and skills training so our employees can gain seniority or leadership skills.

Stoughton Trailers was also highlighted in a more general In Business magazine story on strategies to build and retain a great workforce.

The improved benefits package is gaining importance as our company continues to grow, including an upcoming expansion at our manufacturing facility in Evansville, Wis. Recent equipment upgrades and additions to the lead plant in Stoughton, Wis., are also key to creating a happy, healthy team of employees.

We thank our entire staff for their dedication to Stoughton Trailers. By investing in them, as well as in our workplace environments, we can become even stronger in the global transportation equipment industry.
