U.S. International Trade Commission Update

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a reasonable indication that intermodal container chassis from Vietnam, Thailand, and Mexico are being unfairly dumped in the U.S. market—causing harm to American manufacturers.

This decision clears the way for the U.S. Department of Commerce to move forward with investigations that could lead to significant duties on these imports.
