Any time a defective part is replaced it must be submitted for evaluation unless otherwise instructed. A claim will not be honored unless Stoughton Trailers, LLC or its component supplier is provided the opportunity to evaluate the defective part. Defective parts should be retained for up to 30 days after the initial claim is submitted.
Place tagged parts in a box with a copy of the estimate, repair order, and/or claim summary. Be certain to include the remit-to address. In most cases, parts will be shipped directly to the vendor for evaluation (addresses will be provided by Stoughton Trailers, LLC).
Please be aware that if after (30) days from the date that a claim is opened, and requested parts or information are not provided, the claim will be closed.
