STI Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Stoughton Trailers, LLC, has purchased a 17-acre land parcel near its manufacturing facility in Brodhead, Wis.

The land, bought from the City of Brodhead, will be used to support existing manufacturing operations. It may be used for expansion in the future.

More than 450 people are employed at the Brodhead facility, where dry van trailers are built — particularly high-volume runs.
